Our normal professional services include the following work stages:-
1. BRIEFING
Analyzing the clients' requirement and preparing a time table for the entire work.

2. PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Formulating outline proposals and a budget strategy.

3. FINAL DESIGN
Presenting a design report containing final design drawings together with outline specifications and an estimate of cost sufficient to indicate spatial arrangements, materials and appearance of the project. Graphical 3-Dimentional presentations, animated computer generated graphics, and physical models can be provided at this stage.

4. PRODUCTION INFORMATION.
The preparation of detailed working drawings and specifications, sufficient to prepare Bills of Quantities, the coordination of other consultants and specialist suppliers, advice on tender lists and procedures. The issue of tenders and recommendation on acceptance.

5. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Management and supervision of the work on site to ensure compliance with the contract and acceptable standards of workmanship.

6. COMPLETION
Supervision of the making good of defects, agreeing the final account and advising the client on maintenance requirement .
